Another valuable “Snowbird” citi- zen, Diane Frazer, has also provid- ed reading in Spanish and DVDs to our students in January and Feb- ruary. We are grateful for the kind dona- tions of Quartzsite citizens such as: a new addition of a fence to expand to learn the chorus of the Arizona State song which she and her group presented on Valentine’s Day at Town Hall. We are working on that challenge. Students really do live up to our expectations we present to them. This was very clear to me on the day after Valentine’s Day as a little girl was swinging on our playground and she exclaimed, “Look, Mrs. DeHaven, I see the Arizona fl ag over the Library!”
