P��� 6 Art Guild Updates Here is the latest news for the Quartzsite Art Guild submitted by Carol Brainerd We had 11 members at our meeting of Nov 4 at Ron and Jo Stoltz’s house. We collected dues for our membership and for the Senior Center dues. Ron ���.D�����M��������.��� and Jo had their garage all set up for us to work on the Centennial paint- ings. The jail scene is done and looks fantastic! We are presently working on the Dome Rock painting and the Camel Stop Historical building painting. Both are coming along nicely. It is so fun to be painting together on these projects. Dumpsters will be available on the Town lot east of Scholars’ Academy, 560 E. Coyote, for free trash and household goods disposal. No tires or white goods will be accepted. If you need help and cannot get trash to the dumpsters, please phone Town Hall for assistance. Town volunteers will be available to assist you. For more information, contact Town Hall, 928-927-4333. Community Movie Night Nov. 20, 7:30pm Beginning Sat. Nov. 20, the Quartzsite community will be treated to a free movie night once a month. Tracey Richardson, of Quartzsite Parks & Recreation is plan- ning on presenting many quality movies for your viewing pleasure.Watch for de- tails of dates and times. The first movie is “August Rush” released in 2007. Rated PG and will be shown in the Quartzsite Library.
