Dec. 4 QUARTZSITE - Plan ahead for The 8th annual Christ- mas Electric Light Parade to be held on Saturday, Dec. 4 starting at 7 p.m. The parade will go down Main Street east and end up at Town Hall for the tree lighting ceremony and awards. Refreshments will be served at Town Hall after the parade. Applications for entering the parade are now available at the Quartzsite Business Chamber of Commerce, sponsors of the parade.
