Kalevas quickly became a partner and eventual owner after Chris's retirement. The restaurant strives to provide guests exceptional service and a high-quality dining experience, carrying on Chris's tradition by offering guests the finest in- house, hand-cut Angus and U.S.D.A. Beef, cooked to perfection over hardwood coals in an open hearth. Guests may also enjoy the freshest Atlantic seafood, homemade specialties, and an extensive selection of fine wines.
