Hunan Garden's staff commit to serving customers with excellence, ensur- ing that only fresh, high-quality ingredients are used in every dish. Don't have the time to sit down and dine? Hunan Garden offers both delivery and takeout options for its customers. Though it does offer traditional plates, Hunan Garden is best known for its modern spins on classic Chinese dishes. The full menu showcases many differ- ent options that feature beef, poultry, seafood and pork. On top of that, there are vegetarian options and dessert. Hunan Garden offers a six-mile delivery radius. Best Vietnamese Restaurant Saigon Bistro 1040 Bragg Boulevard 910-920-3578 or www.facebook.com/Saigon- Bistro-1438845696361953/ Over 10 years of business, Saigon Bistro has built up an impres- sive following of customers who rave about the food and service. Recently under the new ownership of Anson and Angel, the restaurant continues its classic menu with chicken, beef and seafood items, as well as a selection of noodle soup. Popular dishes include pho tai (beef noodle soup), banh pho xao chay (vegetarian pad thai) and ga xao xa ot (lemongrass chicken). Anything on the menu pairs well with a strawberry, avocado, mango or strawberry-banana smoothie — or maybe try an imported beer. "The food is clearly authentic Vietnamese food … It truly deserves all the great reviews it is getting," said one customer. Fresh Vietnamese flavors, along with gushing reviews, have won this category for Saigon Bistro year after year. The new owners arrived in Fayetteville from New Jersey and took over Saigon Bistro when the previous owners retired. They want to thank local nail salon owners Mrs. Lynn and husband Dr. Bui for helping them with the transition. Anson and Angel say they appreciate the continued support form regular and new customers and will continue running Saigon Bistro as a warm and welcoming restaurant offering the best Asian cuisine in town.
