Dear Angie Owens,
Too often we walk away from an interaction with
frontline customer interface people without telling
them how great a job they do. Today is not one of
those days for me. I want to take the time to tell you
about how much I appreciate the frontline employees
you have in your Flight Academy branch. Both have
helped me with my VW buy-back loan questions in
such a manner that I walked away thinking what a
pleasant experience it was. I did tell them both how
great a service they provide and wanted you to know
this as well. Kudos to you and your team! Thanks for
