Our Credit Union is open to anyone working in the air transportation industry* and their families. This includes: • All active or retired employees of American Airlines, Inc. and American Eagle Airlines • Employees who work in the air transportation industry such as: airline employees; employees who work directly in administration, regulation or security for airports, airlines or air transportation, such as TSA, FAA and others. • Families: Member-owners can sponsor member- ship for their spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and permanent household members with same physical address. Who is American Airlines Credit Union? How can we help? When does eligibility begin? You can apply for membership as early as your fi rst day of employment or any time thereafter. You can then open a savings account with a $5 minimum deposit and a one-time $1 membership fee. * Air Transportation Industry does not include employees of retail shops, restaurants, travel agencies, online travel agencies or consumer online travel reservation services, hotels, taxicab services, car rental companies, airplane manufacturers; employees primarily engaged in ground transportation of freight (other than freight forwarding for air transportation), defense services companies or employees of defense product manufacturers.
