Citizens’ Academy Accepting Applications The City of Fayetteville is accepting applications for its Citizens’ Academy that is scheduled for Tuesdays from Sept. 28 to Nov. 9 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. The class runs seven weeks and helps citizens understand what goes on behind the scenes to provide services to residents. Classes are held primarily in the Citizens learn what City departments do and how questions and dialogue. City Recruiting for New Transit Committee The City of Fayetteville is recruiting members to serve on the newly formed Fayetteville Advisory Committee on Transit (FACT).
