Pasta Dinner 5-6pm ($5.00 for meal), Choir performance will begin at 5:45pm, Halloween Carnival 6-8pm We Need donations of cakes for the Cake Walk and prizes for the Raffle. All students wearing a costume to school will attend the Halloween Dance Party the last hour of school, alternate activities will also be available for students not celebrating Halloween. October 19, 2011 Mr. & Mrs. Eugene Walker Newlyweds, Quartzsite residents, Joyce Sanderson and Eugene Walker were married on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at the Quartzsite Alliance Church at 10:30am. Pastor Jeff Jones officiated the service attended by many close friends of the couple. A reception was held following the ceremony. Tickets for Nugget Wranglers' quilt Tickets for the Nugget Wranglers Prospecting Club Ar- izona Centennial Quilt are now on sale from any club member. In honor of the gold mining history of Arizo- na over the past century and a half, this queen size quilt depicts a gold prospector with a metal detector, surrounded by the tools of the trade, designed and sewn by Sue Cleland a club member. Tickets will sell for 3 for $5 with all proceeds going toward the purchase of a new claim for the club members. Drawing will be held February 11, 2012 the weekend before the big Arizona Centennial Birthday Bash. Meetings are held on the second Saturday of the month on the Nugget Wrangler claims just off Tom Wells Road, exit 5 of I 10.
