September 23 officially marks the beginning of fall, and Downtown is already gearing up for a fun, event-filled season. Sip a warm, Pumpkin Chai La†e from Rude Awakening or indulge in a Pumpkin Harvest La†e from The Coffee Cup. Both are sure to warm you up as the cold fall days begin to se†le in the Heart of America's Hometown. Fall also brings many wonderful things to do Downtown. September's 4th Friday coincides with the International Folk Festival that is being held from September 26-28. This year marks the 36th year of the festival which brings thousands of people Downtown. This allows visitors to travel all around the world while celebrating our community's cultural diversity with music and dance, arts and cra"s and international food. Before and a"er you've visited the festival, take the time to step in Downtown's shops and restaurants. Did you know Downtown has restaurants from all around the world that you can visit any day of the year? And be sure to pick up your own Passport and collect stamps from participating merchants and restaurants Downtown to be entered to win great prizes. Each participating shop and restaurant will be representing a different country, and the more countries you visit and the more stamps you receive, the be†er chance you have of winning a prize! October's 4th Friday may just scare the life out of you. 4th Friday will feature The Zombie Walk, a uniquely fun walk that offers fun for children and adults alike. November is also filled with plenty of reasons to visit Downtown. The Veterans Day parade will fill the streets of Historic Downtown on November 7, this year honoring women who have served our nation. Downtown Faye†eville will continue its fall food crawl with Chow Down Downtown, taking place November 11-13. Additionally, A Dickens Holiday will continue its tradition this year on the night of November 27 for November's 4th Friday.
