This is a basic component of ethical behavior and the protection of confi dential information. There is simply no excuse when a piece of information is compromised. It IS the responsibility of the elected indi- vidual to protect and secure the infor- mation. "My dog ate my homework" does not constitute an exception to the moral rule of confi dentiality. Some people spread rumors that I had to have both legs cut off and that I wouldn't make it out of rehab hospital. If you want to know the TRUE story, ask Ms. Debbie or me and believe NO ONE ELSE. The only one that came to see me was Ms. Debbie about three times as she had to have some leg work and wasn't able to drive, she came to pick me up and then worked herself to death to clean up in here. She is ma- jor awesome and a great friend.
