An investigation report, conducted by Tony Ford, was read at the meeting, which revealed Work- man allegedly paticipated in leaking confi dential attorney/client docu- ments. Documents were evidently released to opposing attorneys in the case of Conley et al v Town of Quartz- site, who immediately contacted the town attorneys and therefore the Risk Pool. The documents allegedly were taken from Workman's binder, by Jennifer Jones, who admitted she participated in the release, saying the papers had no notice of confi dential- ity, and "I'm a reporter; that's what I do!" Workman declared "I feel the council should reconsider the serious- ness of the action proposed against me here today." She said there may be consequences of their actions. New Q RV Park Assoc.
