To qualify, the Organization must have ownership of the property. The supporting documents should include the "Letter of Determination" from the Internal Revenue Service or the Ari- zona Department of Revenue; a copy to Dig? Need Have Backhoe! will meet with you! Call: Dennis Dole • Owner/Operator 928-580-1741 Licensed • Bonded• Insured K 37 ROC 2114 www.DesertMessenger.com of the "Articles of Incorporation" cer- tificate declaring your organization as non-profit; provide a list of all real property, personal property, and ve- hicles owned by the organization. The nonprofit status by these entities may be a prerequisite for exemption but does not, by itself, award exemption, nor does exemption from state or local taxes establish that an organization is organized and operated mainly for one or more exempt purposes. To deter- mine the primary usage of the property and verification of claim, the Assessor may determine that an on-site review is necessary. Affidavits are available at your local County Assessor's office. For La Paz County, The Assessors' Office is locat- ed at 1112 Joshua Avenue, Suite 204, Parker, and Arizona 85344 or call our office at (928) 669-6165 and have one mailed to you. NEED CASH?
