A 6, 2011 WORLD GENESIS FOUNDATION WITH“BRACELETS OF HOPE” LOCALS RAISE FUNDS FOR QUARTZSITE, AZ- The World Genesis Foundation is a not-for -profi t orga- nization with the mission to “Leave no child without hope for the future.” So many wonderful people volunteer their time, expertise, and talents to this organization. During the month of March 2011, the Quartzsite community came to- gether to support The World Genesis Foundation in their efforts. “Bracelets of Hope,” were sold at the Arizona Western College: Quartzsite Learning Center, The Mountain Quail Cafe and HCB Bank that raised over $200.00. ALL proceeds from the bracelets sold will go directly to The World Gen- esis Foundation for the 2011 Summer Academy for Youth held in Romania, “Atlantykron.” This Academy will host approximately 300 youth. Professors and experts in multiple fi elds of study such as science, art, philosophy, as- tronomy and culture, as volunteers, will come to the academy to engage .DM. P 13 participants in a unique experience of learning in a natural environment. If you did not get one of these wonder- ful gemstone bracelets, you still can. “We want to continue our efforts. It is the small things that we can do that make a big difference in the lives of these youth, “said Heather Caton, host of this fundraiser and World Genesis volunteer for the past 6 years. “You will have the opportunity to design your own bracelet, choose your gemstone, your clasp, and all for only $6.00.
