F������� 2, 2011 NEW VENDOR BOARD HELD FIRST MEETING The New Vendors, Swap Meets, and RV Parks Municipal Board held their fi rst meeting on Jan. 19th. The fi ve board members recom- mended adding two more members to the Board. On Tuesday, Jan. 25th the Town Council approved their recom- mendations of adding a food vendor and RV Parks member. This is just a friendly reminder for businesses, in- cluding visiting vendors, to pay your Arizona Sales Tax. Revenue gener- ated from sales tax allows Quartzsite to continue to provide the services re- quired. This publication has received complaints that some vendors were not charging sales tax. We all like to save a “buck”, but those “bucks” makes a difference to the town.
