March 16 is the deadline to register for the games. Anyone age 50 and above may sign up for the senior games, which provide athletic and arts activities to encourage fellowship, activity and good health. Sign Up For Mid-Carolina Senior Games co.cumberland.nc.us Rabies vaccination clinics will be held March 29 through April 21, every Tuesday and Thursday, at different sites throughout the county. The cost is $10 per animal. State law requires the owner of every dog and cat over four months of age to have their animal vaccinated against rabies. The only method of payment accepted is cash. Rabies Vaccination Clinics March 29-April 21 One-Stop Early Voting for the North Carolina Primary ends Saturday. The primary is March 15. Polls open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m. Citizens may do same-day registration during One-Stop early voting if they provide acceptable documentation.
