M���� 16, 2011 Yuma Adult Fishing Clinic, March 19 Yuma West Wetlands Pond Sat. March 19 - 8 - 11 am Yuma Adult Fishing Clinic NEW ANGLERS WELCOME! The Arizona Game and Fish Depart- ment will be hosting a FREE adult fishing clinic at the Yuma West Wet- lands Park Pond on Saturday, March 19th, 2011 from 8:00 am to 11:00am. The clinic will focus on basic fishing techniques, equipment, and tips to become a better angler. If you are new to fishing or just want to come down and ask questions or share your experiences with fisheries department personnel join us at the Yuma West Wetlands Pond Saturday March 19th. Bring your gear or leave it at home, we will have poles and bait available at the clinic. PLEASE NOTE: A fishing license is not required to participate but if you plan on fishing before or after the clin- ic at the Yuma West Wetlands Park Pond a valid Arizona Fishing License is required. Licenses will be available for purchase on site. By Healthy Exchanges Pineapple Cream Pudding This quick microwave dessert tastes like you’re basking in the sun in the Hawaiian Islands. 1 (4-serving) package sugar-free vanilla cook-and-serve pudding mix 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1 1/2 cups water 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, undrained 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract 3 tablespoons purchased graham cracker crumbs 1 tablespoon chopped pecans 1 tablespoon flaked coconut 1. In an 8-cup glass measuring bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, water and undrained pineapple. Microwave on HIGH (100 per- cent power) for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture starts to bubble, stirring after 4 minutes. Stir in coconut extract. Evenly spoon hot mixture into 4 dessert dishes. 2. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coco- nut. Evenly sprinkle a full tablespoon of crumb mixture over top of each. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serves four.
