sacks and two forced fumbles. He also had a defensive touchdown against Harrison in Week 2. "Taking a sophomore and putting him in the fire like that was a little questionable as a coach," Craig said. "He handled it well. He did a great job of using technique. He was hungry last year and really wanted to get after it." Craig said Wills uses his stature and strength well. "His strength is something that gives him an advantage," Craig said. "He uses leverage, being shorter makes it harder for guys to get on him." Senior Keondre Westbrook (5-10, 248) mans a defensive end spot and has been playing regularly since his sophomore season. "Keondre has been a steady rock for us," Craig said. "He was a rotating player as sophomore, took over as starter last year. He's had a tremen- dous summer. We've seen a high level of commitment from him. He's done a great job in the weight room." The other side of the defensive line — a tackle spot — could feature a number of different players. Asa Mojica-Loftin and Stanley Theoc have worked there. Offensive lineman Jace Sutulovich (6- 2, 263) and Judd Kelly (5-11, 277) have gotten some reps at that spot as well as the nose guard. "We have a little bit of depth there," Craig said. "We're fortunate to have some big bodies and guys up front. We've got an opportunity to go out and dominate the line of scrimmage." Linebackers Siloam Springs deploys four line- backers in it's 3-4 scheme, and there's not one that stands out more than se- nior Camden Collins. Collins (6-2, 180 pounds) has started at outside linebacker since his soph- omore season, where he was named to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette's All-Sophomore Team, and Collins has been a 6A-West All-Conference selec- tion both seasons. In 2019 Collins added Class 6A All- State honors to that list after totaling 94 tackles, including a team-high 44 solo stops. He had 17 tackles for loss. He also had an interception returned for a touchdown against Benton. He'll play the Sam linebacker (strong side) for the Panthers. "He's done a tremendous job for us," Craig said. "He started as a sophomore, made some tremendous plays his sophomore year and followed it up as a junior. "The guy's a player. People know it. The thing about Cam is he's able to make plays in space. He's set the bar pretty high for us." The opposite side outside linebacker, or Leo, will be manned by sophomore Stone Stephens (5-11, 187), who's come on strong in offseason and summer and fall camp. Stephens will fill the spot Hunter Talley played last year as a sophomore, as Talley moves to offense only as the team's quarterback. "Stone is another kid who's a foot - ball kid," Craig said. "He's in the same model of some of the sophomores who played (on varsity) before him. He wants an opportunity. He's stepped up for us in practice." Keegan Fesler (5-10, 145) has worked hard in offseason and summer camp and could see some reps at outside line- backer as could Tucker Allen (6-0, 195), who's joined the team this season. Allen may also play some defensive end. 1134 Hwy 412 West • Siloam Springs, AR • 479-524-8510 We support Panther Football! we serve Curbside only. Delivery for large groups.
