The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department March 14 to March 26, 2013 3/14: Rodney Calkins, age 75, from Amarillo, TX was cited and released for Criminal Nuisance. 3/15: Breaunna Smith, age 21, from Tucson, AZ was cited and released for Driving with a Suspended License, Speed Greater than Reasonable and Prudent and No Proof of Financial Responsibility. 3/15: Danielle Boles, age 19, from Tempe, AZ was cited and released for Underage Consumption of Alcohol, Speed, No Mandatory Insurance, and Expired or No Registration. 3/15: Talon Bushnell, age 19, from Tempe, AZ was cited and released for Underage Consumption of Alcohol. 3/15: Sean Collins, age 19, from Tempe, AZ was cited and released for Underage Consumption of Alcohol. 3/15: Thomas McCoy, age 20, from Tempe, AZ was cited and released for Underage Consumption of Alcohol. 3/15: Patrick Mulroy, age 18, from Tempe, AZ was cited and released for Underage Consumption of Alcohol. 3/15: Kendra Barro, age 27, from San Tan Valley, AZ was cited and released for Speed and Driving with a Suspended License. 3/16: Gerardo Reyes, age 44, from Green Valley, AZ was cited and released for Failure to Avoid a Traffic Collision. 3/17: Timothy Smith, age 59, from Quartzsite, AZ was arrested and booked for Assault (DV). 3/18: Christopher Cushley, age 35, from Crystal Lake, IL was arrested and booked for DUI and Excessive Speed. 3/18: Michael Uwanawich, age 35, from Big Bear City, CA was cited and released for Excessive Speed. 3/18: Christopher Cushley, age 35, from Crystal Lake, IL was charged via long form for Assault (DV). 3/22: Daniel Marcias, age 18, from Pomona, CA was cited and released for Possession of Prescription Only Drugs without Valid Prescription. 3/24: Ryan Pischinger, age 30, from Yuma, AZ was cited and released for Excessive Speed. Prescription Drug Take Back Day April 27th in Quartzsite The Quartzsite Police Department in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration will be participating in the National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 10:00AM – 2:00 PM. Please bring all of your unused, expired, and unwanted prescription medications to the Quartzsite Police Department for anonymous disposal. Please note that the Quartzsite Police Department also accepts medications for disposal as a regular service Mon-Fri during normal business hours. Thank you.
