To make the first step toward im- proving, Bohannon will rely on junior quarterback Cy Hilger to run the offense. Hilger stepped into the start- ing role midway through the 2018 season and brings that experience with him to a team that will be look- ing for far more offensive production than last year. "There is no doubt he can spin the laces and will be a problem for opponents," said Bohannon. "He's had a terrific summer in the weight room and has really competed at the 7-on-7s we attended. His big- gest growth has been with his lead- ership. I believe he understands the role he has inherited and embraced it."
