Rogers Joins PWC Board As Lacy's Terms Ends Wilson Lacy completed his third term on the PWC Board in August after serving for more than 12 years. He was appointed to the Board in 2001 and served as Chair from 2003-2005, 2008-2009 and 2012-2013. Mr. Lacy's tenure is the 6th longest of Commissioner's serving during PWC's 100+ year history. There have been many accomplishments during Mr. Lacy's tenure. Accomplishments that have and will continue to play a positive role in PWC operations, financial standings and overall impact in the community including: two power supply contracts, a 40-year Fort Bragg water contract, LEED certified Customer Service Center, and PWC's partnering in significant Economic Former PWC Development projects including the downtown Parking Deck, and the Hope 6 Project. On September 11th, Lacy's seat on the Board was filled as Darsweil Rogers was sworn in as PWC's 45th PWC Commissioner, Commissioner. Rogers brings over Darsweil Rogers 30 years of experience in the business and finance industry to the PWC Board. A former Wall Street banker, he has held the postion of CEO and Division Manager for JP Morgan Insurance and is a former Director of Strategic Business Development for Chase Insurance Group. Mr. Rogers is the founder and managing member of Rogers Management Consultants in Fayetteville, and will serve as Treasurer of the PWC Board for Fiscal Year 2014.
