January 15, 2014 www.DesertMessenger.com QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department Dec. 27, 2013 - Jan. 8, 2014 12/28: Cathy McClintick, age 51, from Phoenix was cited and released for Mandatory Insurance Suspension. 12/29: Zachary Behrendt, age 18, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Mandatory Insurance Suspension. 12/31: James Shaner, age 73, from Payson, AZ was arrested and brought before a Judge for an Outstanding Warrant out of Pinetop, AZ for Failure to Appear. 12/31: Edward Beavers, age 35, Transient, was arrested and booked into jail for Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. 12/31: William Morris, age 20, Transient was arrested and booked into jail for Threatening/Intimidating and Possession of Marijuana.
