Fall into the flavors of the season To welcome fall, you can indulge in new seasonal menu items that put a fresh twist on the classic flavors of fall. Modern Croque Madame is their take on a French Classic. Challah bread is griddled with melted Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, fresh tomato and crispy bacon and topped with a cage- free sunny side-up egg, Parmesan cream sauce and fresh herbs. Served with lemon-dressed organic mixed greens. The Brisket Corned Beef Hash features savory hand-pulled corned beef, freshly seasoned potatoes, house-roasted sweet potatoes, onions and red bell peppers topped with two cage-free eggs cooked any style, Parmesan cream sauce and fresh herbs.
