BEST BETS SHOW 10 p.m. Flatbush Misdemeanors Dan (Dan Perlman) tries to clear his reputation so he can be rein- stated as a teacher in the new, Season 2 premiere of "Flatbush Misdemeanors," airing Sunday, June 19, on Showtime.
