CUMBERLAND Cumberland County Animal Control needs foster families for homeless dogs and cats. Foster families provide temporary homes for animals, usually for a period of weeks. This will free up much-needed space at the shelter and help save the lives of other animals. "The foster families we have do a good job, but we don't have enough of them," said Shelter Manager Jennifer Hutchinson-Tracey. "We need more foster families to help expand our space and give adoptable animals a chance."
