Mountain Dr. The workshop "Growing Terrific Tomatoes" will be held on April 12 from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. The $10 registration fee is due by Friday. The workshop, "Importance of Honey Bees" will be offered April 26 from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. The $10 workshop fee is due on, or before April 22. Extension Offers April Better Living Workshops There is still time to get your pet vaccinated against the rabies virus for $10 per animal at the rabies vaccination clinics held every Tuesday and Thursday through April 21 at different sites throughout the county. Landlords, real estate agents, property managers, Housing and Urban Development-funded housing providers, disability rights advocates and providers of supportive housing for people with disabilities are invited to attend. Jack Holtzman of the Fair Housing Project, Legal Aid of North Carolina, will be the presenter. Advanced registration is required. Workshop for Tenants With Disabilities April 26 Cumberland County Emergency Services will offer free tours of the county's 911 Call Center April 11-15 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tours are by appointment only and a valid picture ID is required. To schedule a tour, call 910-678-7688. The call center is in the Law Enforcement Center, 131 Dick St., in downtown Fayetteville. Telecommunicators are responsible for receiving emergency calls and dispatching help. The tours are being offered during Telecommunications Week, which is observed during the second full week of April as part of National County Government Month.
