On MAY 12, 2016, the FLPL welcomes the talented and vibrant Lorna Ricotta, an accomplished singer, small business owner, community advocate, and higher education administrator. Lorna was our Miss North Carolina in the 2000 Miss America Pageant and won the Bert Parks talent award. She currently serves as executive director for the FTCC Foundation and is a member of the President's Senior Administration.
