Section 2.20.010 of the Tehama County Code is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Section 2.20.010 is hereby add - ed to the Tehama County Code to read: 2.20.010 Members-Appointment. The Plan - ning Commission shall consist of five members. If a vacancy occurs on the Planning Commission due to any cause, it shall be filled in the manner provided by this Ordinance. SECTION 7. This Ordinance shall not affect the tenure or term of any member of the Planning Commission appointed prior to the effective date of the Ordinance. Mem bers of the Planning Commission appoint ed prior to the effective date of this Ordi nance and presently serving shall contin - - - - ue to serve the term for which they were appointed. Upon completion of that term, such office shall be filled in the manner provided by this Ordinance. No such mem ber shall be rendered ineligible for reap - - pointment to the Planning Commission by virtue of the former provisions of Section 2.20.030. Section 8.
