December 5, 2012 THOUGHTBUSTER.COM by Louise Rouse Usually on Dec. 1st, we tell children they have 25 days until Christmas to be good because Santa Clause is coming to town. As I write this how interesting that this year there is an adult story which says there is only 20 days until the end of the Mayan Calendar. December 21, 2012. Which means a shifting, an ascension into a higher dimension. What many believe to be a new birth of our planet. So, now we are asked how have you raised your vibration to be a match for a new world? The elections denitely had a way of throwing many off base with the political barbs soliciting fear and hatred. This reminded me of a childhood saying my mother taught me. Oh what webs we weave when we practice to deceive. The webs of deception which were presented by all sides. It feels like a breath of fresh air just to have the election over. Yet the grief, anger and major concern for many still linger. Perhaps the answer is to give more energy in trusting in this belief that there is going to be an energy shift, a dramatic upgrade in human consciousness in just 20 days. It is hard to believe in the invisible, wise-tales, myths, or indigenous wisdom when we have moved so far away from being in touch with the energy of the universe or simply nature, where spirit resides. It is far easier to get caught in the web of life such as the election campaigns and everyday drama. Raising ones vibration takes a conscious effort. You can raise your vibration in the blink of an eye, or it can take years. It all depends on one vital question: how much can you love? How wide can you open your heart? Here are ve things you can do to upgrade your vibration and join in the collective hope for a better world. 1. Take a walk in nature and listen. Nature is always talking. 2. Become an observer of your thought, feelings and emotions. If they are negative, afraid or unloving, erase and replace with love. 3. Look in the mirror and say I love you. Loving ourselves is the best place to start. 4. Send love to others, tell them you love them. 5. Use the wisdom of Saint Francis of Assisi in his famous prayer. Lord, make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is doubt, faith; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; And where there is sadness, joy. O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek To be consoled as to console; To be understood as to understand; To be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; It is in pardoning that we are pardoned; And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. The only antidote is spiritual. The only medicine is love. May we examine any avor of hatred: dislike, distrust, negativity, fault nding, judgment, anger, resentment, accusations, jealousy, blame, shame, guilt and release these feeling to a higher intelligence. Like a child blowing all his or her feelings in to a balloon and then letting it go into the sky. Of course it could be that not one thing changes on Dec. 21st. But what if just changing the energy in us made a difference. I think that is worth the effort. Please join me.
