QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department May 18 - June 8, 2014 5/18: David Downes, 56, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Threatening/Intimidating. 5/19: Augustin Espinoza, 50, from Bullhead City was cited and released for Criminal Speed. 5/23: Jose Cruz, 25, from Phoe- nix was cited and released for Speed, No Proof of Insurance, and No Current Registration. 5/25: George Anderson, 50, from Lake Havasu was cited and released to a responsible party for DUI, No Proof of Insurance and No Proof of Registration. 5/27: Tracy Price, 24, from Quartzsite was arrested and booked into jail for Two Active Warrants out of La Paz County. One for Parole Violation, the other for Aggravated Assault and Escape in the Second Degree. 5/29: Tracy Price, 24, from Quartzsite was charged via long- form for Possession of Stolen Property (over $2,000.00) and Traffi cking in Stolen Property after eluding Police. 5/29: Eugene Stapella, 52, from Quartzsite was charged via long-form for Possession of Sto- len Property (over $2,000.00) and Traffi cking in Stolen Property after eluding Police. 6/4: QPD provided an Agency As- sist for the La Paz County Sheriff's Offi ce that subsequently ended in the arrest of Shawn Roah, 32, from Fontana for DUI. 6/5: Timathy Luna, 46, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Dog at Large. All persons included in this report are innocent of crimes until proven guilty in a court of law.
