This week we are looking at a few new Christian music releases.
April 22
If We're Honest
Just out is the third album from Fancesca
Battistelli, If We're Honest. The lead single,
"Write Your Story" has been a huge hit at
radio since its release in January. You will
find plenty of Francesca's signature pop
sound in this project including the very
honest "When The Crazy Kicks In" and the
encouraging "He Knows My Name." If you
ever wanted to know Franny's story, you'll
love the autobiographical "I Am Home." If
you're a fan of worship music, check out
her cover of the well-known song "Holy Spirit." If we truly are being honest, I
must say I love the whole cd. If We're Honest is available now everywhere great
music is sold.
April 29
I Dream Of You
Ten years after releasing her first full
project, JJ Heller supplies us with another
collection of well-crafted songs on I Dream
Of You. Once again utilizing the many
talents of her producer/husband David, JJ
kicks off the cd with the contemplative title
track and ends with a precious lullaby. The
ten songs in between are icing on the cake.
I Dream Of You comes out next Tuesday,
the 29th.
Passion: Take It All
If you missed the conference earlier
this year in Atlanta, you can still enjoy the
worship experience from Passion. The
newest record, recorded live at Passion 2014,
is Passion: Take It All. Once again featured
vocalists include Chris Tomlin, Crowder,
Matt Redman, Christy Nockels and Kristian
