Right now, you'll find new tastes along with your craveable favorites for breakfast, brunch and lunch made to order. Fan-Hash-tic tacos and more Crispy pork al pastor is paired with juicy pineapple and fresh avocado in First Watch's latest seasonal hash. It's the star of their Tacos Al Pastor Hash, which features two cage-free eggs any style atop fresh, seasoned potatoes, crispy pork al pastor, pineapple, fresh avocado, house- pickled red onions, Cotija cheese, cilantro and lime crema. It's served with a side of warm tortillas. And, the vibrant spring menu also features the return of two First Watch favorites—Crab And Avocado Toast and Bananas Foster French Toast. The Crab and Avocado Toast is a seaside departure from First Watch's classic Avocado Toast. Wild-caught lump crab and fresh smashed avocado is featured on top of their whole grain artisan toast with house-pickled red onions, EVOO, fresh herbs and Maldon sea salt. Served with two basted cage-free eggs. Their Bananas Foster French Toast is a treat that will make your day. Thick-cut, custard-dipped challah bread is griddled and topped with fresh sliced bananas, pecans and caramel sauce and lightly dusted with powdered cinnamon sugar. Squeezed Fresh. Every. Day. Start off your meal with this season's juice masterpiece, Tropical Sunrise, that will transport to a sunny beach with the flavors of exotic mango, pineapple, strawberry and lime. Or refresh with one of First Watch's other juice creations. There's Purple Haze: A refreshing and magical blend of lemon, cane sugar, butterfly pea flower tea, and a hint of lavender. Try a little Morning Meditation: Orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar and beet. Or treat yourself to the classic Kale Tonic: Kale, Fuji apple, cucumber and lemon. You can even boost your juice with a wellness shot of vitamins B3, C and D, zinc, echinacea and elderberry. Farm to Fork Freshness There are so many inventive and intriguing dishes to explore at First Watch. Corporate chef Shane Schaibly is always keeping things fun and fresh from farm to fork. Everything is made in-house and from scratch, from their French toast batter and baked goods, to veggies sliced and juices squeezed fresh every day. "Having the fresh food focus just feels right. It feels good to me," said Amanda Lehmann, director of operations. Lehmann can be found cooking, hosting and guiding her staff in best practices at any time in one of her numerous First Watch locations – two in Springfield, one in Joplin, one in Lake of the Ozarks, Mo., and three in Northwest Arkansas. "Serving people is the best part about working for First Watch," she noted. "I love being in customer service." Healthy Options At First Watch you are always welcome to swap out toast with fresh, seasonal fruit; choose egg whites for your omelette; or substitute gluten-free toast. And the regular menu offers wholesome options galore. Take for instance the Healthy Turkey Omelet, an egg white omelet with turkey, house-roasted onions, tomatoes, spinach and feta cheese. Served with First Watch's whole grain artisan toast and all-natural house preserves. Or, the Sunrise Granola Bowl: non-fat, vanilla Greek yogurt layered with fresh, seasonal fruit and their housemade granola with almonds. Served with a freshly baked muffin of the day. First Watch's spring menu gives you everything you're craving this season
