Provid- ing fans with an unprecedented view into his private life, the "Shape of You" singer digs into the themes that inspire his mu- sic, leading up to the release of his newest studio album, "Sub- tract" (set to release Friday, May 5). As Ed faces personal trage- dies, family health struggles and the pressures of a highly-public career, each episode dives into "his deeper thoughts as he reas- sesses life and explores what he thinks of the world, of himself and how this difficult time has influenced him and his new mu- sic" (per Disney+). Plus, fans are treated to exclusive behind-the- scenes footage that reveals more about his iconic hits, his stadium performances and his friends and family. Directed by David Soutar ("Harry Styles: Behind the Album," 2017), the series is executive produced by Ben Turner ("Sunderland 'Til I Die") and Ben Winston ("The Late Late Show With James Cor- den"). WHAT'S NEW ON PARA- MOUNT+ "Fatal Attraction" - Season 1 Paramount+ brings its own twist to the 1987 classic thriller "Fatal Attraction" with its new minise- ries of the same name premier- ing on the streamer Sunday, April 30. A deep dive into the classic story, this reimagining explores the timeless themes of marriage and infidelity through a modern lens of "privilege, per- sonality disorders, family dy- namics and murder," as it ex- pands the two-hour movie into a seat-gripping saga spanning eight episodes (per Para- mount+). The story kicks off in the present day as Daniel Galla- gher (Joshua Jackson, "The Af- fair") is paroled after serving 15 years in prison for the murder of Alexandra Forrest (Lizzy Ca- plan, "Masters of Sex"), hoping to reconnect with his family and prove his innocence. Jumping back to 2008, "Fatal Attraction" follows Daniel as he first meets Alexandra and their whirlwind affair begins to unravel his life. Developed by writer, showrun- ner and executive producer Al- exandra Cunningham ("Desper- ate Housewives") and executive producer Kevin J. Hynes ("Perry Mason"), the series is directed by Silver Tree ("You") and Pete Chatmon ("It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia"). Amanda Peet ("Brockmire"), Alyssa Jirrels ("As We See It"), Toby Huss ("Halt and Catch Fire"), Reno Wilson ("Good Girls"), David Meunier ("Justified"), Brian Goodman ("Rizzoli & Isles"), David Sullivan ("Argo," 2012) and Isabella Briggs ("After School," 2014) also star. WHAT'S NEW ON APPLE TV+ "Silo" - Season 1 Author Hugh Howey's New York Times bestselling trilogy of dystopian science fiction novels makes its way to the small screen in the new series "Silo," premiering its first two episodes on Apple TV+ Friday, May 5. Epi- sodes air weekly thereafter. Liv- ing in their mile-deep home that protects them from the toxic, deadly world outside, the last 10,000 people on Earth live in uneasy ignorance. While any in- habitants of the silo face fatal consequences for seeking out answers about their way of liv- ing and how it came to be, engi- neer Juliette (Rebecca Ferguson, "Dune," 2021) finds herself tum- bling headfirst into a dark mys- tery as she looks for answers about a loved one's murder. As she uncovers a conspiracy deep- er than she could have ever imagined, she soon learns that the truth may be the deadliest threat of all. From the producers of the hit series "Indi- an Matchmaking," the new se- ries follows singles from the U.S. and Israel as they turn to the ex- pertise of top matchmaker and dating coach Aleeza Ben Shalom and the centuries-old practice of shidduchim as they work to nav- igate the highs and lows of mod- ern courtship on an internation- al hunt for their own happy end- ings. The series is executive pro- duced by Eli Holzman ("Selena + Chef"), Smriti Mundhra ("The Romantics"), Aaron Saidman ("Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath") and Jeanne Beg- ley ("Ace of Cakes"). Frequently compared to Larry David's hit improvisation- al comedy series "Curb Your En- thusiasm" leading up to its re- lease, the series combines grounded storytelling with ab- surd comedic elements that build on Davidson's definitive worldview. "Bupkis" features an all-star cast, including Edie Fal- co ("The Sopranos") and Joe Pesci ("Goodfellas," 1990), with guest stars including "Every- body Loves Raymond's" Ray Ro- mano and Brad Garrett, Charlie Day ("It's Always Sunny in Phila- delphia"), Kenan Thompson ("Saturday Night Live"), Chase Sui Wonders ("Bodies Bodies Bodies," 2022) and Simon Rex ("Red Rocket," 2021).
