WHAT'S NEW ON DISNEY+ "Bono & The Edge: A Sort of Homecoming, With Dave Letterman" Coinciding with the release of U2's album "Songs of Surren- der" -- a collection of 40 semi- nal U2 songs from across the band's catalog, rerecorded and reimagined -- the new docu- special, "Bono & The Edge: A Sort of Homecoming, With Dave Letterman," premieres Friday, March 17, on Disney+. It follows TV personality Da- vid Letterman ("Late Show With David Letterman") as he joins U2 musicians Bono and The Edge for a concert perfor- mance during his first visit to Dublin. Part concert movie, part travel adventure — and a whole lot of U2 — "A sort of Homecoming" brings audi- ences a brand-new concert ex- perience, as well as an exclu- sive look into Bono and The Edge's more than 45 years of friendship and working part- nership, as they explore Dub- lin with Letterman. Keira Knight- ley ("Pride & Prejudice," 2005) stars as Loretta McLaughlin, a reporter for the Record-Amer- ican newspaper, who was the first journalist to connect the Boston Strangler murders. As the killer claims even more victims, Loretta and her col- league and confidante, Jean Cole (Carrie Coon, "Gone Girl," 2014), work to solve the case while fighting against the rampant sexism of the era. The two women put their lives on the line to uncover the truth and bring the killer to justice.
