Top Chef BRAVO 9:45 p.m. The competition is just getting started, as chefs from "Top Chef " competitions worldwide participate in culinary battles throughout London, England. This is the first time "Top Chef " has filmed an entire sea- son overseas, and the finale will be in Paris. Friday Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives FOOD 8 p.m. Guy Fieri heads to Santa Barba- ra, Calif., to check out a hidden gem known for funky fusion, like Korean paella. In Florida, Fieri meets a Boynton Beach butcher who is elevating por- chetta and a Boca Raton food truck that cooks cheesecake in a jar. Pillow Talk TCM 9 p.m. Another Oscar favorite, this 1959 comedy marked the first onscreen pairing of Doris Day and Rock Hudson. Day plays an interior decorator who shares a telephone party line with a womanizing songwriter (Hud- son) and eventually falls in love.
