QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department Feb. 13 to Feb. 27, 2013 2/13 - Joseph Melsha, age 40, from Aptos, CA was arrested and booked into jail for two counts of Criminal Damage. 2/16 ��� Miguel Cardenas, age 20, from Ehrenberg, AZ was cited and released to a responsible party for Underage Consumption of Alcohol. 2/17 ��� Paul Carnevale, age 49, from Quartzsite, AZ was cited and released for Assault. 2/20 ��� Michael Sheets, age 19, from Simi Valley, AZ was cited and released for Excessive Speed, Driving with a suspended license, Failure to register new address within 30 days, and Failure to register new address within 10 Days. 2/21 ��� Michelle Patient, age 35, transient was cited and released for Attempted Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 2/21 ��� Maaike Medina, age 47, transient, was cited and released for Driving on a Suspended License. 2/22 ��� Kenneth Crellin, age 29, from Temecula, CA was cited and released for Criminal Damage. 2/25 ��� Kenneth Crellin, age 29, from Temecula, CA was arrested and booked into jail for Criminal Trespass.
