The voice of the people has been heard, it is time for "change". So what does this mean for small business and entrepreneurs? Donald Trump has the mindset of an entrepreneur and is a successful entrepreneur in many business aspects. As demonstrated in his campaign, he can turn controversy into opportunity! Opportunity is the foundation of America, the land of opportunity. Small business and entrepreneurs are seeking tax reform. These are the sectors that create job opportunities and build the basis of our national and local economy. We want tax reform and deductions to elevate a sustainable business growth. Will small business and entrepreneurial business see a fl at tax rate of 15%? Many are paying the higher personal tax rates today and would welcome reform and change. Health reform is another area of great importance. Mr. Trump tweeted on Feb 9th of this year "We will immediately repeal and replace ObamaCare - and nobody can do that like me. We will save $'s and have much better healthcare!" Small business and entrepreneurs need access to great healthcare at an affordable price and want their employees to have healthcare. To build a strong business environment we need to take care of ourselves and our families. Education is important in this nation and will we see more focus on school of choice under Mr. Trump's leadership? We can see that Mrs. Trump has already placed a focus on cyber bullying and may champion this cause as First Lady. We all agree education is needed to acquire certifi cations and degrees but also for continuing education and refi nement of our skill sets. Congratulations President Elect Donald Trump! We look forward to positive changes and the work ahead of us all!
