THURSDAY, AUGUST 13 STAGVILLE; BLACK AND WHITE: The exhibit at Museum of the Cape Fear features black and white images taken by photographer Brenda Scott of Stagville State Historic Site in Durham, and includes 64 photographs. The exhibit will run through the 75th anniversary of the U.S. Army Airborne Corps and the anniversary of the opening of the Airborne and Special Operations Museum. Special events will include the 82nd Airborne Division "All American" Band, Golden Knights demonstrate a Parachute Freefall, performance by the All- American Chorus, the unveiling of the GEN Lindsay Paver Stones and a wreath laying ceremony.
