SATURDAY, MAY 7 FAYETTEVILLE DUCK DERBY 1-6 p.m. Held at Campbellton Landing, this inaugural event is sure to be a spectacle as thousands of rubber ducks fl oat down the Cape Fear River to see which rubber ducky will cross the fi nish line fi rst. It is an event full of food, vendors, live entertainment, and excitement for all. As a salute to the military, the fi rst unoffi cial duck will be dropped by a soldier.
