Scenes from the 4th Annual 7th Inning Stretch Festival The 4th annual 7th Inning Stretch Festival was held Au- gust 6 in Uptown Shelby. Thousands of people gathered in Uptown Shelby to enjoy live music, food, cornhole tour- nament, and kid's zone activities.
