It is their desire this year to support Hartley Plyler's education at the ClemsonLIFE program at Clemson University. This program is designed for students with intellectual disabilities who desire a postsecondary experience on a college campus. Hartley was born with several medical conditions that would put obstacles before her and result in numerous surgeries over her lifetime. This program is almost $40,000 a year, and Hartley's family has exhausted their savings on medical bills over the years. Hartley's parents were told when she was just a baby that she would never walk, yet she has completed a 5k. All funds raised will go directly to support Hartley in furthering her education.
