Amanda Harrell opened this business in hopes to create a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs and arms in record breaking time. The 55 minute classes are designed for all fi tness levels and most clients see results in as little as 10 classes. Joining the Chamber in May of this year, Harrell's biggest "want" from this experience was to grow her business network. She hopes to increase her business knowledge through relationships made through the Chamber. When asked who inspired her, Harrell spoke about her mother's infl uence on her work ethic, "I will always remember how hard she worked and continues to work to make other's lives better." Harrell's mother's selfl essness inspired her to work with people and help people on projects such as the Holly Day Fair, as well as being a bible school teacher.
