Underage drinking is not a rite of passage to adulthood, and it is illegal to serve alcohol to underage drinkers. Quartzsite does have a So- cial Host Ordinance in place for every adult providing alcohol to underage drinkers. Parents, you need to stand strong on your decisions for your child not to drink until of legal age.
