Woodson Elementary William Hernandez 8th grade Every teacher that has been lucky enough to have William in their class has known how special he is. Dependable and helpful, William has consistently achieved A's in all his subjects. Not only is William an excellent student but plays in the band as well as on the basketball team. GALACTIC GARDEN CENTER Vista Preparatory Academy Symantha Gallino 7th Grade Symantha maintains a GPA of 3.64 while being involved on multiple sports teams. She played on both the Vista Prep basketball and softball teams. She has a very positive outlook on life and is well liked by her peers. Many of the teachers and staff here at Vista Preparatory Academy have commented on Symantha's positive outlook and how it is infectious and contributes to the overall attitude of whoever she is near. Outside of school Symantha is also an avid reader, she loves to spend her free time reading books. She is involved in church and enjoys helping others. He has many positive relationships with our students and our staff. His family is also very important to him. He performs very well academically and is consistent in his efforts. He is on our school Honor Roll and has earned membership in the California Junior Scholarship Federation. He also serves as a Classroom Representative on our Student Council. Bryce participates in both our school Choir and Band. While he is a stellar student, his passion is athletics. He plays baseball for the Chico Aces and played in the North Section Junior High All-Star basketball game. He has been invited to try out for the National Team Identification Series for Baseball in June. He also is a star on our school basketball team. He enjoys playing football and is also an avid golfer. His future plans are to attend Corning High School and participate in their football, basketball, and baseball programs. Not only is Stephanie a straight-A student but she is Student Body President, plays in the band and is a valued member of the basketball, volleyball and softball teams. She is a member of CJSF and volunteers her time helping at all school events. Stephanie is a born leader and we know she will be successful at Red Bluff High School next year.
