agencies to apply for Community Assistance Program
Grants through the website at jlfay.org.
To be eligible to receive a CAP Grant, organizations must:
• Show evidence of nonprofit/501(c)(3)
• Provide services related to the health and welfare of women and children
• Be located in Cumberland County or the surrounding counties
• Serve Cumberland County residents
