Starting today, Red Bluff police said, officers will focus on bicycle violations, including not wearing a helmet if under age 18, riding a bike against traffic, not stopping at stop signs, riding with ear- phones, riding on the sidewalk, and not being equipped with a light at night. Bicyclists are required to obey the same rules of the road as mo- torists, the release said.
