Wednesday Beverly Hills Cop SHOW 6:15 p.m. Eddie Murphy stars as rule- breaking, wise-cracking De- troit cop Axel Foley in this be- loved comedy franchise. After relocating to Los Angeles, Axel's unconventional tactics get him in trouble while on a case. Tune in for the trilogy air- ing back-to-back. Wellington Paranormal (29.2) (40.2) CW 8 p.m. Season 3 of this otherworldly cop comedy continues as Sgt. Maaka (Maaka Pohatu) and Of- ficers Minogue (Mike Mi- nogue) and O'Leary (Karen O'Leary), members of the Wel- lington, New Zealand, police department, investigate para- normal phenomena around the city. Thursday Walker (29.2) (40.2) CW 7 p.m. Capt. James (Coby Bell) con- fesses the real reason why Micki went undercover in this new episode. Also, the David- sons return home, setting Abe- line (Molly Hagen) on edge and Trey (Jeff Pierre) almost blows Micki's (Lindsey Morgan) cov- er. The Old Man FX 9 p.m. Based on the bestselling novel by Thomas Perry, this new dra- ma series follows Dan Chase (Jeff Bridges), a former CIA op- erative forced to reconcile with his past. In this new episode, Chase and Harper (John Lith- gow) try to move forward with their plans. Friday Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby FX 7 p.m. Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly star as NASCAR drivers and best friends in this goofball sports comedy. When champion racer Ricky Bobby (Ferrell) takes his first-ever loss to a French F1 driv - er (Sacha Baron Cohen), his en- tire identity goes up in flames. PAUSE With Sam Jay HBO 10 p.m. Host Sam Jay welcomes guests and viewers into her apartment to discuss a myriad of topics centered on the various cultural, political, social and economic is- sues that divide us. These con- versations also include sketches and animation for a bit of levity. Saturday Gemini Man TBS 2:30 p.m. Will Smith stars in this Ang Lee- directed action thriller as aging assassin Henry Brogan, who has just completed his 72nd job and is ready to retire. Soon, however, he is on the run, hunted by a younger, cloned version of him- self. Clive Owen also stars. The Heat HBO 7 p.m. Sandra Bullock and Melissa Mc- Carthy star in this buddy cop comedy. When an ambitious FBI agent (Bullock) is tasked with taking down a drug lord, she is paired with a local officer (Mc- Carthy) who is determined to find the criminal on her own. The Contractor SHOW 8 p.m. Chris Pine stars as Special Forc- es Sgt. James Harper, a man in- voluntarily discharged from the army in this new film. When he lands a new job in an under- ground organization and his first project goes awry, Harper goes on the run. Gillian Jacobs also stars. Sunday VICE SHOW 7 p.m. A new episode of this Emmy- winning docuseries takes a deep dive into the social, politi- cal and cultural issues that shape our societies and our- selves. Correspondents deliver unique stories from the front- lines of the most current events around the globe. Duncanville (24) KFTA 8 p.m. Amy Poehler and Wiz Khalifa lend their voices to back-to- back new episodes of this adult animated series following the misadventures of a teenage boy named Duncan (Poehler) who dreams of making it big as an adult — without having to don a suit and tie. Monday Roswell, New Mexico (29.2) (40.2) CW 7 p.m. Liz's (Jeanine Mason) work to find out more about a found skin sample hits a roadblock in this new episode, while Mi- chael (Michael Vlamis) contin- ues to gain Bonnie's (Zoe Cipres) trust. Clyde (Andrew Lees), however, may not be so easily persuaded.
