THE BUZZ Toby Mac's Newest Release Has Pop Orientation by STEVE TURLEY TobyMac: Eye On It This highly anticipated project pro- vides more pop-oriented tunes from one of Christian music's most popular art- ists. Eye On It kicks off with the huge radio hit "Me Without You." Five of the remaining 11 tunes feature guest artists Lecrae, Group1Crew's Blanca, Byron "Mr. Talkbox" Chambers, Jamie Grace and Toby's son Truett with his rap about working to earn a Macbook. Samples of each song have been online for a few weeks and the full project is available now. Luminate: Welcome To Daylight Led by vocalist Sam Hancock, Luminate's sophomore project doesn't disappoint fans of the band's somewhat unique sound. In speaking of the theme for the album Sam says, "Singing and expressing joy in the midst of the trouble" and it is "an upbeat and encouraging re- cord." The first released single, "Banner Of Love" is already a hit at radio and there are likely to be a couple more from this 11-song project. If you are look- ing for a well-produced CD with quality music and vocals, and lyrics that are being compared to Tenth Avenue North and Leeland, you might want to check out Welcome To Daylight. The Museum: My Only Rescue Filled with encouraging to speak to you right where you are, including one that reminds us of our firm foun- dation "Solid Ground." The new album from The Museum poignantly expresses that God is truly our only rescue.
