The program of work is based on market research, visitor profiles and past results. The FACVB's annual program of work and departmental structure is divided into four areas. • Sales - focus on securing mee ng and tournament business for Cumberland County. • Tourism - focus on securing leisure and group visita on for Cumberland County and developing products. • Communica ons - focus on securing earned publicity and promo on for Cumberland County tourism, maintaining a tourism web presence and research and technology ini a ves. • Visitor Services - focus on servicing the visitor in Cumberland County by maintaining three local visitor centers. As we look back at our 2015/16 year, and compile final figures to document our annual successes, we'd like to share some of the Featured Product ScoutLook is a mobile app designed to help military and civilian families find their way around Fort Bragg and Cumberland County, NC. posi ve feedback we've received from our customers and clients. We are proud of the service we offer our customers. I recently visited the Faye eville Area Conven on and Visitors Bureau in search of items and informa on to stuff our family reunion registra on bags. Upon my arrival, I was graciously and warmly greeted by Ms. Be y, who made me feel very welcome and at ease in your place of business. Not only did Ms. Davis make sure that I felt welcome, but took the me to listen to what ac vi es I had planned for my family reunion and offered me all the informa on and items that would be right to stuff my bags. - Diatha Harris, Ivey/Ivey Family Reunion Mr. Myron Jones was the best, and most thorough CVB Rep that I have ever met in the other 8 ci es in which I have held reunions. We are one group of soldiers that went to Officer Candidate School, graduated and commissioned in 1960, who hold a reunion in a different city every two years. However, if you keep Myron on the Staff, we might return to Faye eville/Ft. Bragg again very soon !!!!!! - Bill Baucom, Reunion Planner, OCS Class 3-60 Thank you!
