Indiana Zeta and Indiana Beta Phi Delts ran the Monon Bell game ball to campus and presented the ball prior to the game. Proceeds exceeded $19,000 and were donated to the ALS Association. p. 3 Phi DelTa TheTa T he 105 men of Indiana Zeta moved into the spring with great confidence and pride. With membership totaling 105 brothers and more than 50 members living in the Chapter House, our reach is far and wide at DePauw. Last fall, our Chapter achieved a GPA that was above the all-men, all- Fraternity, and all-University averages. Indiana Zeta's commitment to academics made a significant impact on our recruitment and, and as a result, we gained well-rounded student leaders and athletes who exemplify the values of Phi Delta Theta. Nearly half of our members are varsity athletes who are involved in sports across campus. Nick Horvath '17, Lucas Italiano '16, and Reid Pittard '17 serve as captains on the baseball team. Nick Thompson '16, Alec Kaczkowski '16, Dan Rodefeld '17, and Patrick Farrell '17 play on the University's tennis team, with Nick and Alex as team leaders. Grant Skipper '17 has played a major role in the success of DePauw's lacrosse team. Mitchell Davis '18 led the swim team to a third-place finish at conference and secured a ranking for Nationals. Tommy Hinkebein '17 demonstrates tremendous leadership on the soccer team and helped lead spring season training. Last November, Indiana Zeta and Indiana Beta Phi Delts presented the game ball to officials prior to the start of the 122nd Monon Bell football game. Members raised and donated more than $19,000 to Phi Delt's national philanthropy, the ALS Association. We enjoyed bonding with brothers from Wabash College and raising awareness for Lou Gehrig's Disease. Indiana Zeta Secures All-Time High Membership, Boasts Campus Leadership I am proud of how far our Chapter has come and we continue to build on our successes from last year. If you are ever in the area, I encourage you to visit the Chapter House and connect with brothers. We welcome the opportunity to connect with alumni, listen to stories from the past, and share visions for the future. Thank you for making our Chapter one of the best. I look forward to seeing you. Yours in the Bond, Mitch Davis '18 Alumni Secretary
